KiwiSaver Default Providers are under review this year. This is just one of the items on Labours to-do list around financial services. The other key areas include the Tax Working Group report with quite a focus on capital gains, due in March, the Insurance Industry Report conducted by the FMA and the Reserve Bank, the new Code for AFAs, any fallout following on from the Australian Financial Services Royal Commission final report released earlier this month and what ripple effect it might have here, and of course, CFFC will be working hard this year on the review of the Retirement Income Policy.
